Press Passes
Please contact Christa Graff, PR/Media Director, if you would like to attend the Steamboat Wine Festival on behalf of your media outlet. The application is due by June 30th, 2013. You will be notified of your accreditation status and approved ticket requests by July 15th, 2013.
Media Registration Rules & Regulations
Anyone wishing to apply for a Steamboat Wine Festival press pass must complete the online form below. All media applications will be reviewed and acceptance/denial emails will be sent starting July 15th, 2013. Working press registration for members of the media covering the Steamboat Wine Festival is complimentary. The Steamboat Wine Festival can provide only two complimentary press passes per each qualifying media outlet. Guest passes will not be issued but can be purchased at a discount once you are approved for press credentials.
Please note: The Steamboat Wine Festival reserves the right to request past samples of coverage prior to deciding on your request.
Freelance Media
Freelance writers and photographers must submit a letter from the news organization they are representing on that company's letterhead and signed by the editor. Eligibility is subject to approval by the Steamboat Wine Festival. You will be notified if your request for complimentary press credentials is denied, or if additional information is needed to confirm your status.
New Media
Only journalists with commercial news Web sites qualify for complimentary registration. Sites must be previously established and updated regularly with original and current green building news. Personal Web site writers, designers, editors or creators do not qualify for complimentary press registration.
Bloggers
Bloggers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must cover industry-related content on a regular basis. Bloggers wishing to receive press credentials must provide the URL of their blog, be a full time, professional blogger, and have at least 10,000 unique visits per month. Self-promoting blogs and those that aggregate third-party content will not be considered. Blog content must be original and updated at least 4 times a week.
